I’ve retired a few pieces of kit from my battlestation over the years, whether by choice or out of necessity.

Logitech G13

I picked up my Logitech G13 from a Walmart that was closing down. I tried using the Logitech G13 with my XIM4, as well as my PC. Unfortunately, I discovered that the XIM4 didn’t pick up any of the key bindings that I set on the Logitech G13 through Logitech Gaming Software. This meant that I had to create a new set of button bindings within the XIM4 Manager for each game profile.

Logitech MX500

My first Logitech mouse. I went on to use exclusively Logitech mice. Everything about this mouse was amazing.

Microsoft Xbox One Stereo Headset

I declared this headset redundant after I realized that I could easily add a microphone to my Sennheiser HD 650 audiophile headphones.

XIM4

The XIM4 (Discontinued, Amazon.com) was the gold standard in keyboard mouse adapters. I ran the XIM4 in my setup from April 2015 to January 2018, when I sold it in anticipation of the XIM APEX.
