I’ve run the XIM4 in Destiny with and without modified curves. Curves definitely lend a different feel to look mechanics, and are worth a look. I collected curves from the XIM4 forums and published them here for quick reference.

XIM4 User Manual (PDF) states: "Make sure your mouse is running at its maximum DPI"
on Primary & Secondary button bindings...
I've leveraged this setting to provide flexibility in controls - I can swap between digital and analog movement without switching to a separate profile, which comes in handy should my PlayStation Move Navigation Controller decide to give up the ghost midway through a game.
Secondary button bindings can also be used to make a XIM4-native macro. You can create a super macro by binding both Melee and Throw Grenade to a single keystroke like DrLupo does in his XIM4 settings.
DrLupo's Destiny XIM4 Settings
DrLupo has publicly shared his XIM4 config, updated for Destiny 220.127.116.11, on February 28, 2017 at imgur.com/a/DI8P7
DrLupo previously used RML's curves in his XIM4 config for Destiny. I collected those curves, and others, on this page for ease of reference.
These are sensitivities that I've used in the past with various configurations. Perhaps they can serve as a base for further tuning.
