Paul the Yorkie and I attended the inaugural EXXXOTICA Minneapolis from Saturday, June 27 to Sunday, June 28. It was my second EXXXOTICA, the first being EXXXOTICA Miami 2024, and Paul’s first EXXXOTICA. I think this was my first time in Minnesota, and it was definitely Paul’s

Saturday, June 27
I woke early to walk Paul in preparation for our flight, UA2469. We hailed a rideshare out to IAH. Upon arrival, we cleared security, and went to Austin Xzandros’ gate to surprise him. We managed to miss Austin at his gate, but caught him at the United Club in Terminal C, where Austin got us in, and we sat together at a couple of armchairs
I went to the bar just a minute before they started serving, and ordered a Bloody Mary once the bartender was ready for me. I grabbed some eggs and a sausage patty
We headed over to the gate and boarded the aircraft. I was upgraded to 1F thanks to Austin. The passenger seated to my left was an 11 year-old boy. He was very inquisitive and well-traveled, having visited the UK and France. He asked me about Paul, games (I told him about Marathon; he’d been playing Minecraft), and anime (we talked about Pokémon). After deplaning at MSP, I found the photo of me next to the Mewtwo in the Pokémon Center Shibuya, and encouraged him to get out to Japan and China
We rode in a rideshare with Austin to the Hilton Minneapolis Downtown, where Austin and I checked in to our room. The front desk gave us two CB-branded room cards, and offered a CB-branded Do Not Disturb door hanger
We got settled in to the hotel room. Austin wanted to rest a while, so Paul and I left the room in search of signs of life. At the lobby restaurant, Paul and I saw Demora Avarica and Grievence, and went over to say hi. They were having lunch with Robert Gunner, Jenny, and JC
Outside, Paul and I met Lowkey Highlocks
Paul and I walked over to the convention center, mostly sticking to the Skywalk, and waited in line for the exhibit floor to open. After clearing security, we went to the Will Call counter, where I picked up my 3-day VIP wristband and some swag

Out on the exhibit floor, we stopped by the CB booth, where I visited with Margot Diamond. Atlas Grey came by, and I learned about his involvement with Joystick.tv
Paul and I walked a lap of the CB booth, and stopped by the Jesus Loves Sex Workers booth, where we visited with Laura and Faith. I took some photos of Faith with Paul
We stopped by the Pineapple Support booth, where we met Aneesa
At the Pro 13 booth, we found Tadpole Studios. I chatted with Ted, and gave him the rundown on what had gone down in the industry life of yetieater since we last met at AVN House Party 2024. Ted introduced me to Joey Gray and Gabriel
Paul and I saw Jenna Haze setting up. We visited with Demora Avarice and Grievence at their booth, where I met Ella
We circled back to the CB booth, where I chatted with Angel, who offered some branded merch in exchange for a form fill. They were out of the smaller sizes, but I managed to get a red pajama set in large. I met Lisa, event head for CB, who took down my info. I gave her a sticker. I reconnected with Emily, whom I’d met at EXXXOTICA Miami 2024. Emily offered I could grab some refreshments from the break room. I grabbed an energy drink, and seeing the fridge was in a bit of disarray, spent some time stocking and organizing it

Paul and I went back to the hotel so I could attend to him for a bit
We collected Austin, and went back to the exhibit floor
We visited the folks at the Jesus Loves Sex Workers booth again. We met Keri and Brian. I chatted with Brian a good bit, sharing the drama I’d experienced since EXXXOTICA Miami 2024
We visited with Jenna Haze, but Paul wasn’t feeling particularly sociable

Austin, Paul, and I attended the CB panel. Aki Kim and Emmiup were among the panelists. Afterwards, we met the Stripchat representatives, Stella and Elira
Following the panel, Paul and I went to the CB Booth, where I caught Lowkey Highlocks chilling at the back. I met Morgan, and stopped by to visit with Aki Kim

Back on the exhibit floor, Austin and I met Amone Bane, whom I recognized

We went to the dungeon area, where we met Bruce Badbeast. We met Butterfly and Bear
I walked Paul and came back to the exhibit floor. At the CB booth, I met Goddess Eve
Paul and I visited with Victoria Peaks, whom I recognized from EXXXOTICA Miami 2024. Jack Adonis visited with her, as well
The exhibit closed at 10PM, and I took Paul back up to room, where he was content to remain with Austin. I went down to the lobby by myself, where I sat at the end of the bar and ordered a burger. Lowkey Highlocks stayed to chat after putting in a beer order
I went back up to the room and showered in preparation for the after party. I went back down to lobby, where I found Demora and Grievence, and sat with them. Todd and Lizzieblue4u came by later
I walked from the hotel to Sneaky Pete’s to attend the official after party hosted by CB. Initially, the bouncer refused me entry on account of dress code: apparently my sweats and shirt weren’t good enough for the establishment, but I asked about the after party, and flashed my wristband, at which point I was directed downstairs. Another attendee poured me a cup of bubbly. I met the man behind Red Room Accessories. Lowkey Highlocks introduced me to Deven. The core group of CB folks left, and at some point, someone took away the well. The area opened up to other patrons. I got caught up chatting with a stranger, and by the time I ejected, I found no one else there for the after party. I walked back to the hotel with a slice of pizza for the road, and called it a night
Sunday, June 28
Paul and I met Kari and Picante Jenny in the lobby
I got seated at the lobby restaurant, and ordered myself another burger to fuel up for the day
Paul and I walked the Skywalk over to the exhibit floor, where we found Cody Webb in the VIP area
We walked the floor, and found Cody Webb on a bed. Ghost came by to say hello to Paul
At the Global Kink and Leather booth, we met Tristan
At the Hot to Vote booth, we met Miss Malorie Switch
We met Motley Monroe
Walking through the convention center on our way back to the hotel, we bumped into Elira and Stella heading to a couple seminars
Paul and I stayed in the room for a bit, allowing some time for my phone battery to charge. Austin let me know he was attending the 4PM seminar, and I advised him that Elira and Stella would attend as well
Paul and I caught the tail end of the seminar, and met Mia Lee. Paul met her Frenchie, Fric
Mia and I let the boys relieve themselves, and headed back down to the show floor

Back at the CB booth, Paul and I visited with Todd and Lizzieblue4u
Keely Madison said hi to Paul. Smcrows08 shared he was a Halo fan, and I recommended he check out Marathon and get at me
As the convention wound down, Paul and I hung around at Demora Avarice’s booth, and I offered a hand with a folding table. I saw Taylor Gunner on some inline skates, and asked her about her experience with skating
Paul and I left the convention center with Demora Avarice, Grievence, Roman Slate, and Nalla Nox. On our way back to the hotel, we spotted someone on the ground outside. It appeared they’d collided with a light post while riding a motorized scooter. Demora called 911
When we reached the elevator for the parking garage, Grievence offered he could take the table, and Paul and I headed on into the hotel
I took Paul out to allow him an opportunity to relieve himself, where we met Russ and Zeppe
Paul and I came down from the room and found the CB folks gathered in the lobby, still waiting to head to dinner
Paul and I walked over to Hell’s Kitchen, where we sat at the corner of the bar. I left a space between myself and the next patron, Evadel, who opened me in conversation. I ordered Cheese Curds, got a side of the house-made ranch, Sausage Bread, and a Bloody Mary. I tried a sample of Bent Paddle Brewing Company’s Lime Light Lager and Indeed Brewing’s Pistachio Cream Ale on the bartender’s recommendation, and ordered a Pryes Brewing Company Beach Party after sampling it, too. The Jesus Loves Sex Workers folks were there as well, and we wished each other well
Outside of the hotel, we met Claire Fae and Koz
I took Paul back up to the room, where I showered, and we headed back down to the lobby, where we saw the CB folks, back from dinner. I met Anya Afterglow, and checked out her Sony Handycam. Deven grabbed me a seat from a nearby table
I went out with Lowkey Highlocks for a smoke, where I met Eddie. I chatted with Eddie, and met Piper Press and Levi
I brought Paul back inside, and checked out the bar area, where Roman and Nalla waved us over
I saw Tadpole Studios, and went over. Nia Nebula was seated at the bar, and I met her proper. Miss Rose came and handed out her card. Steve, house photographer for EXXXOTICA, was seated next to Nia Nebula
Tadpole introduced me to Sal the Shooter
I chilled with Roman, Nalla, Eddie, and Joey. Eddie ordered a pizza, and we nestled in at a table in the back
Paul and I went outside with Eddie after everyone else retired for the night, where I saw Koz out by the fire pit. I met Eli, one of the staff, who recommended Meow Wolf as third date material. I waved to Vampiress, who joined. The group thinned out: I wished Koz well, and rode the elevator up with Eli
Around 3:30AM, I set my alarms for 5:15AM, and caught a little rest
I woke to find that Eddie had tried messaging me. He was already en route to MSP, so I hailed a ride of my own. The ride took less time than I expected to arrive, and in my rush to get my things together, I forgot about the sausage bread
At MSP, Paul and I cleared security, and stepped in to the Escape Lounge
We boarded flight UA2460. The woman across the aisle from us recognized me, and we chatted throughout most of the flight back home
