Thursday, April 2
Paul and I set out from Houston with my post-Las Vegas rental, a 2025 Nissan Versa, packed with Carina’s belongings, and dropped them off at her new digs
I called REDACTED on the way up to DFW, and tried again after checking in. We had a brief exchange over iMessage. This item of business concluded, I went off to the races
I grabbed my badge, saw the head of security, and said hi to him. We walked a bit, and he asked me what happened during Kimochiicon 2024
I reconnected with Pomma, whom I met at XBIZ Miami 2024
I found Kota sitting by himself in the lobby
In the elevator coming down, I met Mochi and Johnny
Back in the lobby, I met TheMariniMan. Villainess Route recognized me and Paul from TsumiCon Las Vegas. We said hi to Sabrina Sins
Went up to Kota’s room
Back in the lobby bar area, said hi to Jobe. Met Johnny Beirne. Said hi to Phi

Friday, April 3
Paul and I walked to McDonald’s
I checked in TipsyAsian 1121
In the lobby, bumped into Menny
In elevator back to the seventh floor, Pomma entered lift
Boss, who bought me lottery entry at TsumiCon Houston 2025, said hi. We connected on Discord
Madam Houston
Had food chez Kota with Rosie, and stashed the leftovers in my room’s fridge
Looked for spookymoogs, found her live-streaming with Jennybelly
Back up to our suite on the 11th floor
Met TipsyAsian’s friend, Paul
Went downstairs to see how things were shaping up. Madam Houston found me: she’d been trying to call me, but I’d left my new phone charging in the suite. Nik had over-consumed, and was leaned over in a wheelchair, a trashcan in his lap. First responders arrived, and wheeled him into a side room. Nik was able to sign off refusing an ambulance ride to the ER, and we wheeled him up to the suite

Took a shower, headed back to the lobby

Met a local fan who bought a day pass to meet me. Wandered the convention floor with him

Sunday, April 5
Woke up, got decent enough, and headed for Pomma and Little Puck’s panel after allowing Paul a little time to relieve himself
Met Rob and Amanda, who were making a documentary on Little Puck
Group dinner
Pool hangout
Brought Rosie down to the pool area
Said my evening prayers, felt that same energy I’ve felt before. Silent sobs.
Monday, April 6
Paul met some Yorkshire terrier puppies!
New sidequest: Get blanket back for Stickie Puppy
Eventful trip back down to Houston: punctured tire
